Their aim is to promote just what a great place their town is for businesses and families. They set out to help the small businesses survive and create local jobs in their towns and cities. Town Ambassadors/Affiliate Partners
For each state, city and town of the world, we plan to sign-up public Town Ambassadors or Affiliate Partners. In some instances, Town Ambassadors and Affiliate Partners may be one and the same.
Affiliate Partners help local businesses get online with a free Microsite and a free business listing in our Business Directory; and provide advertising, branding, promotional and digital marketing tools & services to small businesses. Affiliate Partners help consumers discover their Town Square... for one-click/one- page searches to what's important to life, community services and engagement, and social networking in and around their town. Their mission is to support the small businesses on Main Street to get online and be found in local searches & on social media sites; and help bring new business to their town so businesses can grow organically based on value, quality, and customer service.

Test drive your Virtual Town Square. Review each of the online advertising and promotions platforms… and create free microsite for your business, or your profession or your family. You can create free microsites in any or all:
a. Directory Edition: Offers online Business Directory Listing for local businesses. Offers combination of free basic listings and featured business listings [called micro sites] with free and inexpensive pricing plans. It includes local business reviews and ratings. Businesses can be easily found in local, regional, and national searches from anywhere in the world.
b. Classifieds Edition: Offers general purpose online classified ads for local buy, sell, and trades. The Classified Edition can be used for any item of purchase or sale including cars, electronics, furniture, sporting goods, real estate etc. It offers combination of free and featured listings with very inexpensive pricing plans. 3) Review the Affiliate Partner Agreement for Program Opportunity, Your Responsibility, and Your Rewards:
a. Independent Affiliate Partner (Open Territory)
i. Commitment: Promote LeRumba anywhere you like.
ii. Revenue Share: Total of 10% commission is credited to you from customers that use your unique Affiliate ID.
b. Local Affiliate Partner (Town/City)
i. Commitment: We provide you with a budget of $600 (pay you) in 12 months... for Digital Marketing campaign on Google, Facebook, Tweeter and e-mail. Promote LeRumba in your designated territory [town/city] on a non-exclusive basis.
ii. Revenue Share: Total of 10% commission credited to you from all sales made in your assigned territory.
iii. Phantom Shares: One phantom share for each of your registered and active business customer [paid customers].
1. Phantom shares get vested in one Year.
2. Phantom share price tracks LeRumba share in value.
3. Vested phantom shares can be sold back to the Company for US dollars or held for sale in the future.
4) Sign-up to become an Affiliate Partner and secure your unique Affiliate ID. At this stage you're given access to your own personalized Affiliate Help page.
5) Sign-up for on-line certification in marketing and one-on-one training session with LeRumba Marketing. Promote and introduce LeRumba, using your unique Affiliated ID, to sign-up customers on LeRumba.com and LeRumbaTax.com
6) At the end of the month: Review your Affiliate Report and collect your Revenue Share as per the Affiliate Partner Agreement. Before any funds can be released; you will be required to provide information to validate your ID, address, and tax withholding status, and PayPal account.
7) At the end of one year: your Phantom Shares get vested and you can either sell them back to the Company or Hold for Sale in the future.
Town Ambassador/Affiliate Partner Program Overview
By filling out registration/sign-up form to become a Town Ambassador and/or an Affiliate Partner; you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, and understand and agree with them.
Joining the Program
Upon acceptance by LeRumba, you will become a Town Ambassador and/or an Affiliate Partner and be bound by the terms of this agreement as applicable. Your participation in the program is solely for the purpose to legally promote LeRumba websites and the Virtual Town Square to businesses and consumers.
Affiliate Partner Responsibilities
It is understood that you will introduce LeRumba websites and services to your current and prospective customers and will comply with all laws as well those that govern email marketing and anti-spam laws. LeRumba reserves the right to accept or reject any prospective customers and will pay Affiliate Partner a commission per customer referred using their Affiliate ID code according to the designated payment schedule.
Either you or LeRumba may terminate the Town Ambassador/Affiliate relationship at any time. You are only eligible to earn Affiliate Partner payments during your time as an approved Independent Affiliate or Affiliate Partner. LeRumba may change the program or service policies and operating procedures at any time, without notifying you.
Town Ambassador/Affiliate Partner Relationship
This Town Ambassador or Affiliate Partner relationship is one of independent contractors. LeRumba will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with this program and our aggregate liability arising with respect to this program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you. LeRumba makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the program. In addition, LeRumba makes no representation that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and LeRumba will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
LeRumba.com and LeRumbaTax.com are located in United States of America (USA) and the LeRumba.com Affiliate program is governed by the laws of USA and the state of New Jersey.

Revocation of Town Ambassador/Affiliate Partner Status
Your Town Ambassador/Affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
Affiliate Links
You may use LeRumba.com graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The LeRumba.com site may also be advertised "offline" in promotional material, brochures, classified ads, magazines, newspapers, and billboards
You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions above.
Affiliate Tracking
When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.
Terms of the Agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the Affiliate program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by LeRumba.com at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to Affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Affiliate program and/or products and services sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the Affiliate program and our website will be error-free; and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
